Due to the changing market forces and regulations the NIHT has now extended its code of operation outside of the Meat Industry. The NIHT and the National Association of Muslim Meat Traders (NAMMTRA) assures the Muslim public that wherever you see the NIHT logo / certificate you can accept the product with full confidence in the knowledge that the highest Shariah standards have been employed in conjunction with the Ulama.

Furthermore, monthly inspections are carried out by the NIHT Inspectorate at all of the above mentioned establishments.
